Nova Poshta

Nova Poshta, known abroad as Nova Post, was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Kyiv. It is part of NOVA Group and grew from a courier start-up into the largest private delivery network in Ukraine.

It runs express parcel delivery between cities, with an average delivery time of 24 hours, through branches, parcel lockers and terminals. Around it sit NovaPay, a non-bank financial institution, Nova Global with the NP Shopping service for buying from foreign online stores, and the Supernova Airlines air carrier founded in 2021. Software is built by Nova Digital, the former IT division, which became a separate company in 2021 and, according to its own site, has more than 900 specialists and builds web and mobile products, a transportation management system and managed security services.

The company's page about itself gives 35,000 employees and 10,000 staff of partner companies (no year given); Wikipedia cites 34,106 employees for 2024. In Ukraine it has about 13,000 branches, 24,000 parcel lockers and 110 terminals and depots. In Europe it had 135 own branches as of April 2025, in markets including Poland, Lithuania, Czechia, Romania, Germany and the UK, and it entered Moldova in 2014.
