The Team

Our Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a deeply technical and strategic Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain the analytical tooling and data infrastructure that powers our Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel. This pivotal role requires expertise in BigQuery and SQL to manage ETL workflows and data pipelines, and a proven ability to build and scale dashboards. The successful candidate will leverage these technical foundations to drive sales rigor, optimize performance, and propel our overall revenue strategy, while helping build the agentic analytics tooling that allows Reddit’s GTM strategy to move at the speed of the question.

You’ll need to be fluent in SQL, BigQuery, and developing dashboards. The right individual is comfortable diving into complex data ecosystems and enjoys translating those insights into tangible business impact.

Remote, but within commuting distance of our NYC, Chicago, SF, or LA offices.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy.
• Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers.
• Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models.
• Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows.
• Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Winning Mindset: Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. The base salary range for this position is $167,500 - $234,500 USD. To provide greater transparency to candidates, base salary ranges are shared for all US-based job postings regardless of state. Standard base pay ranges are set for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed. This job posting may span more than one career level.
