ELEKS

ELEKS was founded in Lviv in 1991 by Oleksiy Skrypnyk and his son Oleksiy Skrypnyk Jr. It began as a product company with Dakar, a software platform for power distribution systems, before turning to software engineering for clients; it marked 35 years in 2026 and is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia.

It builds custom software, data and AI solutions and provides consulting for more than 120 active clients, Fortune 500 companies among them, in energy, finance, logistics, retail, healthcare and the public sector. Several partnerships go back more than 20 years.

More than 2,300 specialists work at ELEKS. Its delivery centres are in Ukraine, Poland, Croatia, the United States and Uruguay, and it has offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Japan.
