ElevenLabs is an AI audio company founded in 2022 by Piotr Dabkowski and Mati Staniszewski and headquartered in London. It is privately held and, per Wikipedia and its own news, raised funds at an $11 billion valuation in February 2026 and ran an employee tender offer at $22 billion in September 2026.

It builds voice and audio AI: ElevenAgents for voice and chat agents, ElevenCreative for speech, music, sound effects, image and video, ElevenAPI for developers, and the Eleven v4 speech model, along with products such as ElevenReader and dubbing.

The company does not publish a headcount on its site; Wikipedia gives about 400 people in 2026. Its careers page names London, New York City, San Francisco, Warsaw, Mexico City and Mumbai, and its open jobs mention Python, TypeScript, Next.js, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP and Terraform.
