EPAM Systems

EPAM Systems was founded in 1993 by Arkadiy Dobkin and Leo Lozner and is headquartered in Newtown, Pennsylvania. It grew from engineering teams in Central and Eastern Europe into one of the largest software engineering services companies, listed on the NYSE since 2012.

EPAM builds and runs software for other companies: digital platforms and products, cloud and data engineering, AI solutions, quality engineering and consulting, for clients in finance, retail, life sciences, media and technology.

Its engineers work from offices in more than 45 countries across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, and EPAM runs large free training programmes that bring new engineers into the industry.
