About
Genesis is a Ukrainian ecosystem of product tech companies. According to Happy Monday, it was founded in 2008 by Volodymyr Mnoholietnii and Vasyl Ulianov, and it works from Kyiv, with an office in the Podil district. Several companies started inside it and became independent businesses, among them Jiji, BetterMe and Headway.
It builds and publishes consumer apps and media for a global audience. Products in the ecosystem include Nebula from OBRIO, Promova and Avrora from Boosters, AmoMama from AMO, Keiki educational apps for children, PlantIn, and the Guru Apps, FORMA and Wisey products of Universe Group. Its own site says its products have more than 1 billion downloads.
Genesis does not publish one official headcount. A Genesis job ad on DOU says more than 1,500 people in 5 countries, while Happy Monday cites more than 3,000 employees and over 25 companies across the ecosystem. During the war it also rented an office in Warsaw for about 200 people. No office list is published on the pages we opened.
