Globant was founded in 2003 in Buenos Aires by Martín Migoya, Guibert Englebienne, Martín Umaran and Néstor Nocetti. It is registered in Luxembourg and has been listed on the NYSE since 2014, while Buenos Aires remains its largest hub.
It is a digital and AI transformation company: it designs and builds software products, platforms and experiences for enterprises, organised into specialised studios and, more recently, AI Pods that combine engineers with AI agents.
Globant grew out of Latin America and now has offices across the Americas, Europe, India, the Middle East and Australia.
