monday.com was founded in 2012 in Tel Aviv by Roy Mann and Eran Zinman, who run it as co-CEOs. It began as an internal tool at Wix, launched as daPulse and took its current name in 2017; it has been listed on Nasdaq since 2021.
It makes a cloud work platform with products for work management, CRM, software development (monday dev) and service, and now presents itself as an AI work platform.
Its engineers open-source the Vibe design system and SDKs for building apps on the platform. The company works hybrid from Tel Aviv and offices across the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
