N-iX

N-iX started in Lviv in 2002 as Novellix, founded by Andrew Pavliv, Dmytro Kosarev and Werner Kreiner to build applications for Novell's Linux platform. When Novell acquired the technology, the founders kept the team together and turned to client work. Its head office is in Valletta, Malta.

The company builds software for enterprises in manufacturing, finance, retail, telecom and healthcare: data platforms, cloud migration, embedded and IoT systems, and AI solutions. It is an AWS Premier Tier Partner and works with Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

More than 2,400 engineers work at N-iX across 10 countries, most of them in Ukraine and Poland, with further offices in Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Colombia, the United States and, since 2025, India.
