About
Playtika was founded in Herzliya, Israel, in 2010 by Robert Antokol and Uri Shahak. Caesars Interactive bought it in 2011, a consortium led by Giant Network acquired it in 2016, and Playtika Holding Corp. has been listed on Nasdaq since 2021.
It makes free-to-play mobile games and runs them as live services for years: Slotomania, Bingo Blitz, House of Fun, Caesars Slots, June's Journey and Solitaire Grand Harvest, and since buying SuperPlay in 2024, Dice Dreams and Domino Dreams. Bingo Blitz and Slotomania brought in about 35% of its 2025 revenue.
According to its 2025 annual report, Playtika had about 3,175 employees, around three quarters of them in research and development. Its game studios and technology teams work in Israel, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Romania, Finland, Austria and the Netherlands, on shared platforms for live operations, analytics and machine learning.
