About the event
A hands-on workshop on turning ideas into working prototypes with Claude Code. The first half covers tips on how to build; in the second half, of about one hour, you build on your own PC.
Who it is for
- People who want to try building a web app with Claude Code
- People considering applying to the hackathon "Built with Claude: Japan 2026", which starts on November 2
- People who already use Claude Code and want tips on how to build and keep going
People who do not apply to the hackathon are also welcome.

- The flow from idea to a working prototype built with Claude Code
- How to choose a technology stack that works well with Claude Code
- Using Remote Control to continue your work from a smartphone or other device
- Hands-on session (about 1 hour)
Requirements (please check carefully)
- Bring a PC with Claude Code installed
- Have an account usable with Claude Code: a paid Claude plan or the API
- For participants aged 18 and over
- Entry is free
- Register on this page in advance. No individual approval by the organiser is required
How to register
- "Register" is the event registration, "Name" is your full name, and "Email" is your email address
- The free-text fields can be answered in Japanese. If you are a student, enter "Student" in the occupation/role field, as instructed
- "Optional" fields are not required: LinkedIn, newsletter opt-in, and the question about bringing a PC
- In "Terms and Conditions", check the linked terms and sign if you agree to them
API credits
Whether API credits will be offered at this event, and under what conditions, is not yet confirmed. If credits are offered, the same email address must be used for registration and redemption, so registering with the email address you use for Claude Console is recommended.
Venue
NETSUGEN, 32nd floor, Gunma Prefectural Government Building, 1-1-1 Otemachi, Maebashi. If building entry requires it, only your registered name will be given to the venue. Reception starts at about 17:50 on the day.
Photography
Photos may be taken on the day for records and publicity. If you do not want to be photographed, please tell the reception desk.
