Philips is a health technology company. Through this internship you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. Within Government Strategy and Engagement there is an opportunity to contribute to external marketing efforts targeting federal and state government healthcare leadership.

We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) or Masters degree to participate in paid intern opportunities at our site in Cambridge, MA.

What you will do

• Support the creation of a wide range of internal facing sales enablement materials to educate and inform internal audiences.
• Assist in the creation of external marketing materials, potentially including presentations, articles, video, and web site content.
• Conduct market and customer research to inform various government marketing initiatives using available research tools.
• Compile web metrics and associated conclusions via Google Analytics to ascertain digital behavior of senior government healthcare agency and clinical leaders.
• Advance the research and insights capabilities, potentially including AI agents and other new technologies.

What is expected

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or Masters degree, Marketing or Communications preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, strong communication, and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to take on direct working relationships with marketers and sellers, including completion and direct issuance of deliverables.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is an office role.

Pay and benefits

The pay range for this position in Massachusetts is $26 to $30 an hour for Bachelor level and $33.00 to $46.00 an hour for Masters level, plus overtime eligible. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside or be within commuting distance to Cambridge.
